We have very exciting news to share with you.
This year’s production is at an exciting new location!
The 2008 T.D.F.A. Production will be held at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre! “How, why, what?” you ask…? We have spent much thought on the venue for 2008 and were sure it had to be somewhere with an incredible atmosphere.
Needless to say, Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre is the place! The Theatre seats 930 people and we will be running 1 show only on Friday the 29th of November, this means just 930 tickets, so don’t miss out!
The full dress rehearsal will be on the same day, with class run-throughs starting at 11:30am. All students, apart from Beginners, Test 2 and Tiny Tots, need to be at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre at 11:30am. T.D.F.A. students have the option of making use of the coaches organised to charter students from the Ulladulla Civic Centre to the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre by booking through TDFA, or of organising their own transport. It will be a long day for students but you will be happy to know that the new venue is completely air-conditioned, with amazing change room facilities, and designated chill-out areas. There are also catering options for students who wish to order lunch.
Thank you to all parents who offered to help backstage, we will no longer be needing your help as we trust we will see you sitting in the audience enjoying the show! We have organised backstage helpers from other sources, so you can relax and enjoy yourselves. Please keep in mind that there are other areas that we could do with some helping hands, (set up, costumes, etc…) If you have already put your name down for help in other areas, thankyou—undoubtable we will contact you soon.
If you are available to help during the day on Friday, 29th Nov,
please arrive at Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre at 9am.
Transport and Lunch Options for TDFA Students:
T.D.F.A. has organised a one-way transport option for students. The cost for transport option is $5.00 per student (please include money along with permission slip and costume hire) and must be marked on the attached permission form. The bus will depart from the Ulladulla Civic Centre at 10:30am.
Please note the transport option is one way, please organise transport home after the production .
The Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre offers lunch catering, please tick the permission slip if you wish to be included in the catering package. The cost is $8.50 for the lunch package.
Ticket Bookings:
Tickets can be purchased through the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre, which sells tickets through Ulladulla Tourist information centre. Get in quick.. 1 SHOW ONLY!

Costume Hire:
$35.00 per costume per class. All costume hire is due by 25th October 2008 to T.D.F.A. office.
(All troupe dancers must pay costume hire for ballet classes)
Transport Option:
Make a night out of it with the return coach and champagne on arrival deal—$16. Book through TDFA office.

Saturday 22nd November: 9:00am– 5:00pm at T.D.F.A
(notes will be given at a later date)
Troupe photo shoot will be on a separate day—date yet to be confirmed.
The Show and Dress Rehearsal:
